Description
Lovely, large double room sharing a private kitchen and bathroom with one other female on the top floor of our family home. Refurbished less than 2 years ago. Ideal for professionals who are clean, tidy, and considerate.
All bills included. Close to several shops and excellent bus links into town.
Shared between the two rooms:
Bathroom, with washing machine.
Large, bright and airy fitted kitchen and dining space, perfect for cooking and relaxing.
We have a beautiful big garden you are welcome to enjoy. Our previous/current lodgers have nothing but positive things to say about the space and our family, I expect they would be happy to share their experiences if asked :)
It really is a unique, beautiful living space that needs to be viewed to do it justice!
We live downstairs with our 3 young children, so are looking for lodgers who will respect a calm and family-friendly atmosphere.
Female applicants preferred.
