I am looking for a quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful housemate to share my home with.

The double bedroom is no longer available however, the single bedroom has now become available.
I am happy to do virtual tours as well as in person visit and answer your questions. Tenancy length can be flexible.

You’ll have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and fast internet is available in the property.

The showroom, toilet and laundry rooms are separate from each other. There’s washing machine and dryer available in the laundry room.

The room is available furnished.

Location is a quiet residential area and within walking distance to local amenities such as Reading town center, Reading main station, Royal Berks Hospital and University of Reading.

Plenty of buses from the top of the road to and from the area too.
Easy access to local supermarkets and if you enjoy walking there are plenty of options available in the surrounding areas.

Please note there’s no parking available at the property.
