You’ll have access to the back garden, shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and fast internet is available in the property.
The showroom, toilet and laundry rooms are separate from each other. There’s washing machine and dryer available in the laundry room.
All bills included in the rent.
The rooms will be available fully furnished.
Location is a quiet residential area and within walking distance to local amenities, 30 mins walk or 18 mins by bus towards Reading town center, and Reading main station. Royal Berks Hospital is nearby and 20 mins walk to Reading University London Road Campus.
Easy access within walking distance to local supermarkets and if you enjoy walking there are plenty of options available in the surrounding areas.
Please note there’s no parking available at the property. This is to do with Reading Council rather than me.
Strictly, please no smokers or vape smokers.
