The room is located in student accommodation with convenient access to the University of Reading and Reading town centre. It includes an en-suite bathroom, a shared kitchen, a study space, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi.

Important: This is a tenancy takeover of my existing contract, so the replacement tenant would need to take over the full remaining contract on a like-for-like basis. I had not moved in yet, so the room is available immediately.
