Shared living space and fully equipped kitchen available for you to cook, entertain and relax.
Close to all local amenities and 10 minute walk to Reading town centre and RB Hospital.
Great transport links and local bus routs, 10 minute walk to Reading West and 15 minute walk to Reading central station. On street residents parking outside the house.
A bit about me….
Self employed business owner, I travel a lot with work so you will often have the place to yourself, although when I am here I’m probably also working. I am sociable and happy to share mealtimes and hang out with a bottle of wine, or a coffee. I also respect your personal space and like to keep things quiet and relaxed.
Looking for….
Single mature working professional, tidy, respectful of quiet times but also happy to join me for a beer at the local pub now and again. Guests welcome but this is not a party house.
WFH a couple of days a week welcome but not suitable for full time remote working.
No smokers or vapers please.
All bills Inc except electric, av £80-£100 per month which we split 50/50.
