Looking for a housemate to take a furnished double room in a 2 bed house in the Coley Hill area of Reading, only a 10 to 15 minute walk into a town centre.
The house has a good sized living room with sofa and tv, and a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a shared upstairs bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet. There is also a nice garden and off street parking for 2 cars. Bills are around £230 per month.
Ideally Im looking for an outgoing and chatty housemate. I'd like someone who I can sit and watch TV and chat with. I like going out clubbing too so someone down for that would be great. Im also open to the possibility of sometimes cooking together. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly though.
