Spacious En-suite Double bedroom Reading RG2

I’m looking for someone to share my modern two-bedroom flat in Reading, RG2. It’s a lovely, well-kept apartment with a spacious double bedroom and its own private ensuite bathroom.

The flat is fully electric, double-glazed and EPC B rated. There’s a comfortable shared living area and kitchen, as well as a communal garden.

One of the nice things about the property is that it comes with allocated parking, which I don’t use, so the space would be yours. There’s also visitor parking available.

As it’s only a two-bedroom flat, you’d just be sharing with me, so it’s a fairly quiet and relaxed household with plenty of privacy.

A little about me

I’m 24, friendly and easygoing. I like keeping the place clean and tidy, and I’m looking for someone who’s similar in that respect. I’m always happy to have a chat, but equally appreciate that everyone needs their own space.

I also have an Australian Shepherd called Arla. She’s a friendly, energetic dog and a big part of my life, so finding someone who’s genuinely comfortable around dogs is important to me. You wouldn’t be expected to look after her, but ideally you’d be someone who enjoys having a dog around.

Who I’m looking for

Ideally, a working professional who’s considerate, reasonably tidy and easy to get along with.

I’m not expecting us to be best friends or spend all our time together. It would just be nice to have someone who feels comfortable here and treats the flat as their home too.

Rent: £720 pcm

The room comes with its own ensuite bathroom, and the allocated parking space is included.
