A nicely furnished double room is coming available from Tuesday 1st October. It’s in a sociable, clean and tidy, non-smoking, young professional houseshare close to town and University.

The 1st floor room consists of a double bed with a quality mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair and a TV aerial point. The bedroom shares the 1st floor bathroom with one other (the other bedrooms have en-suites).

All bills are included in the rent including the cost of cleaning of the communal areas every fortnight. We also have a gardener to keep the outside areas tidy.

Sharing with five 20-something non smoking graduate professionals, all friendly and sociable, easy-going, clean & tidy and considerate - would suit someone similar!

Shared facilities in the house include all usual mod cons plus high speed 350Mb Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, tumble dryer, off road parking (+ ample on road non permit), lovely sunny west-facing garden with BBQ, secure lit bike shed and 2 bathrooms.

Great location 15-20 mins walk from town, 25-30 mins walk to main train station, 10 mins to Uni and hospital or 1 min to bus stop (No. 5) to town and station. Close to several supermarkets and gyms. Easy access by car out of Reading particularly to south, east and west.

The current tenants will be conducting viewings this coming Monday evening, 9th September, after 6pm, when they'll hopefully all be home for prospective housemates to meet. We hope to rent the room on this day.
