A recently refurbished double room with en-suite shower room is coming available from Thursday 6th February. It’s in a sociable, clean and tidy, non-smoking, young professional houseshare close to town and University.

The room opens out on to the garden at the rear and consists of a double bed with a quality mattress and under-bed drawers, large fitted wardrobe, bedside drawers, bureau desk with drawers and office chair, and a TV aerial point.

All bills are included in the rent including the cost of cleaning of the communal areas every fortnight. We also have a gardener to keep the outside areas tidy.

Sharing with five 20-something non smoking graduate professionals, all friendly and sociable, easy-going, clean & tidy and considerate - would suit someone similar! Would strongly prefer another female to join the houseshare.

Shared facilities in the house include all usual mod cons plus high speed 350Mb Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, tumble dryer, off road parking (+ ample on road non permit), lovely sunny west-facing garden with BBQ, secure lit bike shed and 2 bathrooms. The house has been redecorated in the last year including lovely new bathrooms and new carpets so it is finished to a high standard.

Great location 15-20 mins walk from town, 25-30 mins walk to main train station, 10 mins to Uni and hospital or 1 min to bus stop (No. 5) to town and station. Close to several supermarkets and gyms. Easy access by car out of Reading particularly to south, east and west.

We'll be doing viewings on Thursday evening (9th Jan) next week and hope to rent the room on this day.
