A choice of two double rooms (all bills included) will be available from July 1st in a sociable, clean and tidy, non-smoking, professional 6 bed houseshare close to town and University. One is a 1st floor double room (£620pcm) which shares a newly fitted bathroom with one other (female). The room has been recently completely redecorated and its furniture refurbished (photos are from before). It is well equipped with a quality double bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, bedside cabinet, desk and office chair, and a TV aerial point.

The second room is a ground floor double with en-suite shower room (£670pcm) and opens on to the rear garden. It has lots of storage including a large fitted wardrobe, ottoman bed, bedside cabinet, shelves, and a desk and chair. This room will be redecorated prior to renting.

All bills are included in the rent consisting of council tax, energy, water, broadband, TV licence and the cost of cleaning of the communal areas every fortnight. We also have a gardener to keep the outside areas tidy.

Sharing with five 20-something non smoking graduate professionals, 2 girls, 3 guys all friendly, easy-going, clean & tidy and considerate - would suit someone similar! Female preferred to keep the 50:50 gender balance which we find works really well.

Shared facilities in the house include all usual mod cons plus ultra fast 900Mb Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, tumble dryer, air fryer, off road parking (+ ample on road non permit), lovely sunny west-facing garden with BBQ and herb garden, secure bike shed and 2 bathrooms. The house has been recently redecorated including lovely new bathrooms and new carpets so it is finished to a high standard. Kitchen has also been redecorated and upgraded (photos to be updated!).

Great location 20 mins walk from town, 30 mins walk to main train station, 10 mins to Uni and hospital or 1 min to bus stop (No. 5) to town and station. Close to several supermarkets and gyms. Easy access by car out of Reading particularly to south, east and west.
