THE ROOM

Double room decorated to a very high specification with contemporary furniture, including a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of draws, desk and curtains. This room shares a bathroom with only one other. All rooms have high speed broadband and wall mounted flat screen TVs. Sky Sports, Sky Movies and free view channels are all included in the room rate.

The house has a modern kitchen diner with an inbuilt microwave, oven and hob, 1 freezer, 1 fridge and an additional large fridge freezer. There is also a great breakfast bar area in the kitchen. A concealed utility area provides a washing machine. We provide a cleaner who comes in weekly and freshens up the communal areas of the home at no extra charge.

The bathroom is shared with only only 1 other room on the same floor.

There is a large communal garden that is maintenance free and has a beautiful decked area with garden furniture.

A little bit about the landlady

I am an accredited landlady who takes pride in her property and enjoys dealing with her tenants. I treat my tenants as clients and deal with all repairs promptly.
