THE ROOM

All rooms have high speed broadband and wall mounted flat screen TVs with Sky Sports, Sky Movies and free view channels, all included in the room rate.

The house has a modern kitchen diner with an inbuilt microwave, oven and hob, 1 freezer, 1 fridge and an additional large fridge freezer. There is also a great breakfast bar area in the kitchen. A concealed utility area provides a washing machine. We provide a cleaner who comes in weekly and freshens up the communal areas of the home at no extra charge.

There is a large communal garden that is maintenance free and has a beautiful decked area with garden furniture.

A little bit about the landlady
