Room,Ensuite, SKY TV/Netflix, Mon- Friday

PLEASE NOTE THE ROOM IS MONDAY - FRIDAY LET ONLY for those working away from their main home, I do not consider 7 day a week stay unfortunately, but allow some Sunday night stays.

We currently have a room available (large) with ensuite Shower room, the room has Sky TV (Netflix also) and WIFI available

The room is located on the ground floor of our home and there is no other room located above your room. The room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, tv, chest of drawers, desk and chair and own bathroom.

We are looking for someone who will be leaving the house before 9am ideally and returns after 5pm and does not work shifts. Unable to accommodate working from home as this is something I do myself.
You will have your own key to come in and out as you please, infact some weeks you may not even see us as you come and go.

I currently work for local government and my partner works for the Goverment. We do however have a son who is 11 and at school in the week he is no problem and will not bother you at all, infact your hardly see him or us really, your room is not located near our upstairs living space and we shall not be of bother to you, as the room is downstairs.

We are friendly people (We don't hold house parties) generally in bed by 10pm ourselves, you can
use our washing up liquid, milk and kitchen roll and kitchen essentials you will have your own plates and cutlery within the kitchen, and can use our pans etc, you can use the washing machine have a shelf in the fridge and room in the freezer.

You will be required to purchase your own bedding because I think this is a personal choice and everyone has different requirements. We have been renting the room for about 10 years now to various professionals and also those working at the film studio, stunt doubles, doctors, goverment workers also.

The room is approx 10 minute walk to Reading town centre and about 15/20 minutes to the train station, 15 minute walk to Royal Berkshire Hospital, 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
We are also 5 minutes in the car from the Green Park, and 5
minutes walk from the local supermarket.

The house is a semi detached house with parking on the drive way.
The room will not be used at weekends and your welcome to leave belongings in the room.
