A comfortable, single furnished bedroom available in a Victorian terraced house located just off the Oxford Road in West Reading for a professional person. A two minute walk to Reading West Station, bus stops, lots of local shops and 15 minute walk to town centre/main Reading station. Easy 10/15min drive to M4 Jct 11 & 12.

Shared with owner, a relaxed and chilled house with a front lounge and back lounge (which has a large dining table, a kitchen and large bathroom, and a small south facing garden. Must be a non-smoker, clean, sociable and tidy person, and a cat lover.

My previous lodger, who was with me for 2.5yrs, used to walk from the theatre and central Reading late at night and never felt uncomfortable.

The rent is £675 per calendar month including bills. However, If you plan to work from home there will be an increase in rent (to be discussed) to cover the extra broadband/electricity costs. Bedding and towels available if you do not have your own.
