- Large double £620 27th January 2026 (Bathroom shared with one other only).

Notes
1. Bills £50 extra gas/electric bill if working from home full time (pro-rata for part-time). All other bills included except council tax which is not payable for students.
2. Short term let available (may be subject to small extra cost for booking on app, please enquire for more information).
