- Small double £540 1st February 2026
- Large double £620 1st January 2026

Upcoming in New Year
- Large double x2 £620 27th January 2026 - Bathroom shared with one other only. Or can be ensuite only at an additional cost of £100.

Notes
1. Bills £50 extra gas/electric bill if working from home full time (pro-rata for part-time). All other bills included except council tax which is not payable for students.
2. Short term let available (may be subject to small extra cost for booking on Airbnb app, please enquire for more information).
