£700 for single occupancy
£975 for double occupancy. Would suit 2 friends for double occupancy, not couples.

RM7 30 Aug: Large double 1st floor room (£650pcm) with lots of space.

RM1 2-13 Sep: Large single ground floor room (£630pcm) with lots of storage.

RM8 30 Sep: Large double attic room (£650pcm)

This is a spacious home with

- Weekly cleaner
- Secure cycle storage
- Permit and off road parking available if required.
- Some halal food storage available
- All bills included except a small prorata charge for those working from home regularly for more than 1 day a week.
