The house is very spacious with the rooms spread out over a large house making the place peaceful to stay.

Would suit professional or mature students who like a friendly and quiet space to stay shared with likeminded females. The current residents are two international (German & Egyptian) doctors, a chartered accountant and a member of Team GB rowing team who get on well together forming a friendly household 🙂. Please note the housemates prefer female housemates as all the others are female.

This licensed HMO home comes with these facilities.

A cleaner is arranged for shared areas including the 3 shared bathrooms plus 1 WC.

Halal food storage facilities available.

1. Bills £50 extra gas/electric bill if working from home full time (pro-rata for part-time). All other bills included.
