RM1: 26 Oct Large single ground floor room (£560pcm) with lots of storage.

RM8: 30 Oct Large double attic room (£630pcm)

RM4: 1st Nov Very large sunny double room (£650pcm)

Short term lets of less than 2months have an addional enhanced rent of extra £150pcm.
