Spacious double room

Welcome to a large double room in the south of Reading. The room comprises a double bed with memory foam mattress, 3 door wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and a book shelf

I am a live in land lady, I live with my 5-year-old daughter (quiet at night, lively during the day). I work and train from home and would to rent my spare double room to someone who does not need to work from home, respects cleanliness, and who is tranquil and kind.

You will have access to the living room with a TV, and garden. Kitchen comprises washing machine fridge freezer, gas cooker kettle etc.

The house is located 5mins drive to M4 and 2 min walk to a bus stop with direct bus links to Reading Central train station and town centre. Lidls is 5 mins walk and morrison is nearby.

All bills are included, free WiFi access and room is available immediately.

I do not drink alcohol so I am looking for someone who will not bring any alcohol into the house.
