I have a studio flat available from 1st May in Slough in the Atria development. The flat is 1 year old so all the furniture and fittings are like new. The flat comes fully furnished:

- Comfortable sofa area w/ double person sofa and coffee table
- Bedroom area, w/ double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables
- Dining table with seats
- Large main bathroom with shower and toilet
- Kitchen area, w/ cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine/dryer
- Air conditioning

The block of apartments is called Atria by Galliard Homes, which has:

- PARKING included, which is locked and secure
- Communal bicycle store

The area is very accessible and is a 10 minute drive from Slough station, which itself is a 17 mins train journey to Paddington station. Atria is also a 10 minute drive away from the M25.

Including all bills, the cost is £1,050 per month but if you would like to pay bills separately then I can give you the cost without bills (utilities, council tax).
