There will be ONLY ONE Tenancy Agreement for 2 rooms in the basement, suitable for:-
Either,
one Couple, where one room can be used as bedroom and the 2nd rooms as living room, £980 pcm
Or,
2 brothers/sistors/friends, where each person will have his/her own separate bedroom, ONE SINGLE TENANCY AGREEMENT FOR THE BASEMENT (2 Rooms) £1,000 pcm. If one preson leaves then second person will be liable for full rent of £1,000 per month.

The house consists of 6 rooms and Basement on 3 floors.
There are 5 en-suite rooms and 2 shared shower rooms for one ground room and basement two rooms.

There is a very large shared kitchen with plenty of storage cupboard and room assigned fridge.

The house is only 1 mins walk from the Slough High Street and 3 mins walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

Non Smoking professional working persons.

£1,000 per calendar month for 2 Sharers in 2 rooms.
or, £980 per month for a couple for 2 rooms.

Gas, Elec, Water and Council tax bills are included in the rent. High Speed Fibre Optic wi-Fi Broadband available.

TV Licence, Telephone/SatTV bills are not included in the rent.

Initial Holding Deposit of £225 is required at the time of reservation of the room, which will later be a part of the first months rent.

There are two resident car parking permits per house and one parking permit can be available for this room.

All house members are responsible for leaving the kitchen, bath/shower rooms, toilets and other common areas clean and tidy after use.
