Furnished double room available in a 3 bedroom house. I am currently the only occupant. The room has an amazing view of rolling fields and allotments. At dusk you can see the most amazing sunsets.

Very respectful of all religious views being raised in a multicultural environment.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. Garage space available and parking space as I don't drive.

All bills included. I have 1gb broadband, cupboard space in the kitchen will be provided, I have a new dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser and every kitchen gadget you can think of due to me being a keen cook and baker. The property is situated 15 minutes walk from Burnham train station connected to the Elizabeth line.

Located in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours, close to a large expanse of green space. Heathrow 15 minutes away by car and trains into central London take just 43 minutes.

I do own 2 very friendly cats so you must be OK with living with cats. I also have a 6ft fish tank situated in the living room.

I will consider a Monday to Friday let as well as let's for certain periods in the month should they be required.

I predominantly work from home and spend a day or 2 in the office each week and generally spend my evenings at home!

As a landlord I am also happy to provide references from my previous tenants who have only moved out due to needing additional space for their family.
