This is a single furnished room on the top floor of a very clean house on the A4 main road section of Sussex Place. Although small it is light and airy.

The neighboring room is occupied by a young man from Lithuania and the other lodgers are also European. All speak very good English.

There is access to a washing machine and a dryer in the ground floor kitchen, plus cooking facilities. The large garden has outside seating where guests can be entertained. There is ample room for car parking on the premises.
