Doubke room for rent In britwell

Hello Everyone! We are renting a master bedroom in slough area(Britwell). The room is on the second floor in a family house of 4( Dad, mum, daughter(11), son(19).
We are looking for someone thats is quiet and respectful of others.
There is one bathroom in the house on the second floor and the kitchen would be shared and the garden.
The room has:
king sized bed with comfortable memory foam matress.
2 nights stand
Tv stand with smart tv
A window facing the road
Big wardrobe with mirror doors

Only 6 min walk away from bus stop. Busses go to heathrow terminal 5(bus 7)
Bracknell( bus 53)
25 min walk to burnham station.
Convenience shops 6mins away.

All bills included in the price. Room is available from February 1st since there is a person living there now.
Before moving in we will deep clean the room
We do have 2 cats so it would not be suitable for people with cat allergy.
