A large basement with one room with a double bed and the 2nd room with a single bed, is available in a licensed HMO shared house. Both rooms have built -in wardrobes.

The 2nd room can serve as a living room and is suitable for a single person or a couple.

Two relatives or close friends can use the two rooms individually.

The two Basement rooms will NOT be let on a room-by-room basis

There will be ONLY ONE Tenancy Agreement for 2 rooms in the basement, suitable for:-
Either,
One single person - where one room can be used as a bedroom and the 2nd rooms as a living room,
Rent £900 per month, bills included
Or,
One couple, where one room can be used as a bedroom and the 2nd rooms as a living room, Rent £930 pcm
Or,
2 brothers/sisters/friends, where each person will have his/her own separate bedroom, ONE SINGLE TENANCY AGREEMENT FOR THE BASEMENT (2 Rooms) £1,000 pcm. If one person leaves, then the second person will be liable for the full rent of £1,000 per month.

The house consists of 6 rooms and a basement (a total of 7 Rooms) on 3 floors.
There are 5 en-suite rooms.

There are two shower rooms shared between the basement and the ground floor, and one ground-floor room.

There is a very large shared kitchen with plenty of storage cupboards and a fridge assigned to each room.

The house is only a 1-minute walk from the Slough High Street, and a 3-minute walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

Non-smoking professional working persons are preferred.

£1,000 per calendar month for 2 Sharers in the basement.
Or, £930 per month for a couple in the basement.
Or, £900 per month for a single person in the basement.

Please consider and reply only if you can afford £1000 per month, shared with your friend. If your friend leaves, you are liable for £ 1,000 per month under the tenancy agreement.

Gas, electricity, water, and Council tax bills are included in the rent. High-speed Fibre-optic Wi-Fi Broadband available.

TV Licence, Telephone/SatTV bills are not included in the rent.

An initial holding deposit of £225 is required at the time of room reservation and will later be part of the first month's rent.

There are two resident car parking permits per house, and one parking permit can be available for the basement.

All house members are responsible for leaving the kitchen, bath/shower rooms, toilets and other common areas clean and tidy after use.
