Female Tenant Wanted

I am a live in landlord and live with my husband Currently no one else lives here. We are looking for a female tenant only. The room itself is a single bedroom with a wardrobe. The house is within walking distance of Farnham road, the town and there is a bus stop nearby. The house is also within driving distance of the motorway.

We both are professionals and would expect the tenant to be at least tidy. On street parking is available as it is a residential area. Kitchen, washing machine and the bathroom will be shared and internet access will also be available. Bills are included in the price.
