They will have their own Double en-suite bedroom in a lovely modern home situated in Eton Green, CIppenham, Slough. This will suit a working professional female who is looking for a good standard of accommodation for the short term or long term to rent.
Asda superstore five min walk and the residency is near the M4 corridor and very close to London.
The property has a good sized lounge, small dining area & high gloss fitted kitchen, with a bistro table and chair. A downstairs cloak room toilet and store cupboard. It also has Communal Garden and off road parking and an allocated parking bay at the back of the house.
References and deposit will be required.
Max term between 3-6 months, can stay longer if you wish.
Utility bills will be included in the rent.
