TV Licence, Telephone/SatTV / package are NOT included in the rent.

Initial Holding Deposit £150 is required to reserve the room and this will become part of the first month's rent.

Everyone is responsible for keeping clean and tidy all the common areas after use, Kitchen, Toilets, Shower/Bathrooms, Hall and Landings.

There are two resident car parking permits per house. Parking permit is not available for the room.
