💕A Female is preferred as she will share the floor with another female💕.

The house is located on a private road in a quiet, relaxed neighbourhood. At the front, there is parking space for two cars, we currently use one, so one is free.

All the local amenities are within walking distance:
- local supermarkets
- places to eat or spend time
- buses route to Slough Station 7 and X74

The double room which has become available is very large room for single person, bright and clean. It is overlooking the garden and comes with a double bed with recently changed mattress, new wardrobe, bed side cabinet.

Fridge provided with the room.

The shared areas are of good size, with a recently done bathroom looking lovely and clean, there is also a downstairs toilet. Kitchen and living room are both generous sizes.

Included in the rent:
- BILLS - Council tax, water, electricity, gas
- BT 900 MB Super Fast speed internet
