One double bedroom available in Sonning Common suitable for one person, preferably female. One small dog would be welcome to join you if you have one (no larger than a springer spaniel). The room is medium to large in size and is furnished with a king sized double bed, a wardrobe and shelves for storage (curtains will be organised before you move in). I have a small dog of my own who can be vocal with strangers, so an understanding person is a must!
You would get use of shared facilities in the kitchen, living room and garden. There is parking available on street and outside the detached garage.
There is a bus stop right outside that goes to Reading town centre and plenty of shops in the village a 5 min walk from the house.
