Double room with en suite and off-street parking

Looking for a friendly fourth person to share house with all amenities and a sizeable garden in Theale. The house mates like to chat and are very friendly.

The bedroom has en suite with shower, wash basin and toilet. The room has lots of cupboard space and has a double bed.

The en suite is marble-effect wall tiles giving a modern look and is very clean.

The house is located close to Theale station and Theale town centre, which is just 10minutes walk away as is Theale Medical Centre.; IKEA is just 15 minutes walk.

Theale has excellent transport links to Reading and London by train.

We have two fridges and a shared freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc,

The house has all modcons including broadband etc.

The main bedroom has a young woman, who is seldom there, and the other housemates are a police probationary officer and an artist ( who often works from home)..
