ROOM 3: Your first floor double room is available 31st August for £700pcm ALL bills included, fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk. Shares a bathroom with only one other and this is cleaned weekly by the cleaning team

Eligible applicants can use Reposit instead of a traditional deposit. You pay a non-refundable fee of one week's rent (minimum £150) before move-in. If your tenancy continues beyond 12 months, a £30 annual renewal fee applies. Reposit is FCA-regulated. You remain fully liable for any valid end-of-tenancy charges, including unpaid rent and property damage.
