• 25-minute walk (2 miles) to Newbury town centre
• Shared use of the family kitchen and utility room
• Your own fridge and dedicated cupboard space for storage

Tenant Requirements:
• Female tenants only
• No working from home – this is a family home and we’re looking for someone who works outside the house

• Tidy, considerate, and happy in a family environment
