Lovely double room to let in a terraced 3 bed house.15 mins walk to Windsor, 5 mins to the Great Park / Long Walk.
Part time landlords as we spend 50-75% of our time in Dorset. Therefore you will have the house to youself a lot of your time. All bills included in the rent and have TV with Sky in each bedroom. Broadband.
We have 2 cats. They are 12 years old now and are very gentle. We have had previous lodgers who have enjoyed living at our house, our most recent lodger has moved out to share with another girl of similar age, but was with us for 18 months and prior to her we had a lady live with us for 12 months. She moved to London to become a nanny. We have found that having a lodger who has the house to themselves a lot of the time has worked very well. We don't mind having company when we are home, sharing a glass of wine or a meal together sometimes, but we also respect privacy if that is what you prefer. We are very easy going and are very used to sharing our house now, and all we ask is to respect our home and keep it tidy. We have a cleaner too who does 3 hours once a fortnight, which we pay for her.
