Part time landlords (husband and wife) as we spend at least 50% of our time in Dorset. Other housemate is a professional female in her late 20s, working for a popular Airline company. Therefore you will have the house to youselves a lot of your time. All bills included in the rent. TV in each room. Broadband. Must like cats. We have two, they are 12 years old now and are very gentle. We have had previous lodgers who have enjoyed living at our house, one was with us for 18 months and the other for 12 months. We have found that having lodgers who have the house to themselves a lot of the time works very well. We don't mind having company when we are home, being social over a glass of wine or a meal together sometimes, but we also respect privacy if that is what you prefer. We are very easy going and are very used to sharing our house now, All we ask is to respect our home and keep it tidy. We have a cleaner too who does 3 hours once a fortnight, which we pay for. We are looking for a female as our house mate Ella would prefer to share with a female and no couples please as we do not want the house to be overcrowded.
