I am happy to look at short term requirements or longer term too, but am
only looking for the right person to move in, who could be anyone, but will prob be someone looking for somewhere quiet with everything on the doorstep, oh and who likes dogs

The house is very well appointed, has a living room, dining room, large kitchen with new fridge, freezer and washing machine. Parking is possible depending on working hours
