There is no shared lounge, but there is a shared conservatory and dining room.
Small well behaved pet/s will be considered.
No preference to smoking, so you can smoke in the garden.

Washing machine in utility room. Cleaning and laundry can be organised, please discuss.

Parking for one car on driveway most of the time.. occasional off drive parking. plenty off road and/ or cul-de-sac parking.
