Hi, I am Chris and I am looking for someone to share my house in a quiet area in Wokingham. The house is a 15 minute walk to Wokingham train station (the train is 8 mins from Reading and 1h 10m from Waterloo) and another 8 minutes walk to the centre of Wokingham.

Edit 16th June 2025: I have just finished having a heat-pump, new radiators and new windows fitted and now have a little redecoration to do. That should be finished by early July when I will update some of the photos.

The room itself is a double room with built-in wardrobe and furnishings.

The bathroom / loo is 2 steps across the landing so not ensuite but still very private.

I am happy to share the rest of the house, garden/patio and there is still a little space in the garage if you need to store anything or keep a bike in there perhaps.

Desk / dressing table was used by a previous occupier to work from home during lockdown.
