A large double bed is available to share in a 3-bedroom property, close to Wokingham train station.

Only a few minutes’ walk to the local amenities like LIDL, ALDI, Wokingham hospital, and the town centre.

The property has a good-sized lounge, kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory.

This room is located upstairs and comes with all the necessary furniture – a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, mirror, and a side table.

There are two toilets (one upstairs &one downstairs)

There is only one car permit, however, an off-site car park is available around the street.

All bills are included in the rental amount except the TV licence.

High-speed Internet.

Ideally, looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.

Both of us(current housemates) are female, so preferably looking for another female tenant.
