Description
newly decorated large double bedroom with a private lounge/office and a brand-new ensuite. Patio doors open to a quiet courtyard area. Off-road parking included. Shared kitchen with live-in landlord.
Provided (not shown in pictures): kettle, toaster, small fridge, microwave, air fryer, clothes rail, small sofa.
Location: peaceful area with lovely walks nearby; walking distance to Wokingham town centre, train station, and local pubs.
Pets: friendly Labrador in the home; well‑behaved pet considered.
Short-term let only as the property has just gone on the market. Market very slow and not expecting to find a buyer now until things pick up again in the new year therefore likely to be at least summer til I move.
