Lovely, cosy double room with built in wardrobe available in a peaceful home overlooking Cantley Park. There are beautiful walks right on the doorstep, yet Wokingham town centre and train station are only a 10–15 minute walk away, so it's the perfect balance of greenery and convenience.

Cantley Park also has tennis courts, with household tennis membership included in the rent, along with a dedicated parking space! 🎾🚗

A little about me - I bought the house earlier this year after moving out of London and have absolutely loved living here! It's such a lovely neighbourhood. My friend has been renting the spare room, but she has now moved in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for a lovely new housemate!

I'm friendly, easy-going and enjoy a relaxed, tidy and peaceful home. In my spare time, I love salsa dancing, playing tennis and playing the piano. You're of course very welcome to use the piano too, but don't worry, I have headphones for it so you won't have to listen to me practicing! 🎹

I'm looking for a friendly, clean and considerate professional who enjoys a chat but also appreciates their own space.

I work from home three days a week and commute into London for the other two, so the room would probably be best suited to someone who is mainly office-based during the week.

It's a really lovely place to live, and I'd love to find someone who will feel at home here too!
