Ideally located between Wokingham and Bracknell, our home offers easy access to the Coppid Beech roundabout and A329M, and is a 5 minute bus ride (4a/4) from Wokingham town centre via London Road. We also have some nice pubs close by.
We’re in the Carillons development – a quiet, leafy area with woods and a nature walk nearby for walks and runs.

About Us
We’re a friendly, professional couple in our early 50s with a 12-year-old son. Having been lodgers ourselves, we know what makes a good house-share.
We offer a relaxed, respectful atmosphere – sociable if you want it, private when you don’t.

Experienced Landlords
We’ve been letting the room for 5 years and our last lodger stayed more than 2 years.

This is more than a rental – it’s a warm, family home for someone who values calm, space, and a friendly setting.
