Quiet double room in Merry Hill Community

The place
Looking for a Mon-Fri lodger to share my 2 bedroom eco-home in the Merry Hill Community in BS7. There are 50 other homes in the community and it is a friendly, safe place to be. The house was built in 2021 and is really peaceful, warm and clean.

The room
The quiet double bedroom overlooks the community meadow. There's a bed and space for some of your things in the cupboard. You’ll have full use of alll the common spaces in the house and the common green areas at Merry Hill too. If things work out, I'm open to a longer let...

Me
I live here with my whippet Guapo and work from home, but am often out and about seeing friends and family.

You'll ideally be someone who:
- Likes dogs.
- Works or studies during the day.
- Enjoys a quiet space.

Local area
St Werberghs, Gloucester Road, Easton, Lockleaze. There are loads of nice places to eat, have a beer or coffee without walking distance. I Purdown and Stoke Park woods are minutes away and both are agreat place for a wander if you need some tranquility.

I’m not in the centre of town, but the little train is quick and reliable and the buses are regular. You can store a bike in the bike shed here with a lock or inside the house/garden if you prefer.
