Good sized double room in Edwardian terrace

Hello! Me and me mates looking for someone (or a couple) to take the last room in our house in Ashley down, ASAP.

This will to be put on the tenancy and would need your details to be added. We have been accepted and simply need to fill the last room.

The room is not smaller like you might expect, the smallest room will be made into an office / studio.

If you know the area, it’s close to the Lazy dog and Ashley Down train station, proper good area. Close to loads of pubs, 2 mins from g road, 2 mins to Aldi and Lidl, literally everything you need.

Decent garden, decent sized room, loads of storage.

We’re looking for someone sound, would love to meet for a pint first and sus out.

We’re all mid twenties working professionals, keen for socialising / having it out every now and again but we’re more on chilling out these days, cooking good food, listening to good music, getting out in nature as much as possible etc.

We have loads of hobbies between us and are very clean / hate mess so would need to respect that as it just wont work otherwise.

Always keen to spend time with each other but also respect our own spaces and think that’s proper important.

We’re not fun police, we just ask that you aren’t a knob and act as respectful person, by not taking the piss essentially.
