3-month sublet (potentially long term)

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home!

About us:

Ellie (she/they), 31 — film teacher, loves TV, loves dressing up, loves dancing, loves chess, indifferent about karaoke, hates homophobes, hates ketchup.

Lottie (they/them), 28 — front of house at a youth centre/events venue, loves silly, loves beer, loves crosswords, hates games, hates fascists.

Laurie (he/him), 27 — teacher, loves allotment, loves folk music, loves boogie, loves lichen, loves kayaking, hates bindweed, hates narcissists, also hates homophobes and fascists.

About the house:

We’re a caring, respectful and community-minded house. We like hanging out together, keeping each other up to date. We share food, cooking, shopping, and cleaning, so open communication and everyone chipping in to keep the place clean and tidy are important to us. However everything is flexible depending on schedules and energies.

The house is full of plants, instruments, records and art, with four different types of carpet, a garden, two fridges, an ice cream machine, dehydrator, bread maker and some more appliances can't remember.

We also have a shared allotment at Ashley Allotments with friends in neighbouring houses.

We like going out and having fun, but this definitely isn’t a party house. Non smokers preferred (3x ex smokers here). We’re looking for someone who enjoys living with other people, sharing food/cooking and being part of a friendly household, while also being respectful of everyone’s space.

The room:

- Large, furnished, morning-sunny bedroom
- £600/month + roughly £60 bills
- 3-month sublet, with potential to stay longer
- We also have an office/spare room which is available most of the time for working from home
- Available to move in ASAP, from the weekend of the 10th onwards
- Sefton Park Road BS7 (council tax band D)
