Room is furnished with a double bed that includes underbed drawers with lots of storage.

Ideally looking for a female professional with a similar schedule (a morning person) who appreciates peace, quiet, respects the space, and is similarly a self-confessed clean freak!

The house belongs to me, however, I am a relaxed live-in landlord, happy for housemates to share what's in the house, have guests stay, and I will replace bin bags, food waste bags, foil, etc.

I will also be working home for the majority of the time so looking for someone who is office-based.
