I'm a 43 year professional easy going man looking for a new flatmate.

My current housemate is moving out and the room is available from the 1st of October 2025. It's a huge and bright double bedroom, with a bed frame, a bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. When I moved in the place was newly renovated and it's pretty much in immaculate conditions.

I would like to share with a like minded, tidy, clean and sociable male professional.

The rent is £700 but it does not include utility bills, council tax and broadband. All included, it easily go up to £880. I'm happy to answer your enquiries and/or arrange viewings.
