Our awesome housemate is sadly leaving Bristol to move abroad so we are looking for a new housemate.

We are looking a female or non-binary housemate who works daytime hours and is not normally a home worker.
The Room
The room is a large, downstairs double in an end of terrace house in Windmill Hill. It is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed and mattress.
The Housemates
I’m Dave, a friendly and sociable 44 year old Cornishman. I enjoy gigs, festivals, theatre, pub quizzes, movies, board games and the occasional night out. At the moment I'm busy doing up my camper van! I’m a surveyor and I work from home. I’m also a volunteer for the RVS.
I share with Hannah, 32 who is kind and easy going. Hannah is into music, gigs of all kinds and movies. She is passionate about the environment and loves a boogie! She's also keen to try climbing and looking for someone to do it with!
We’re looking for someone who is sociable and doesn’t want to spend all their time in their room.
Looking for someone between 30 and 45.
The House
• Lounge with corner sofa, TV and projector.
• Kitchen and utility with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and lots of storage
• Utility with breakfast bar
• Bathroom with large shower enclosure (no bath, sorry!)
• Separate downstairs toilet
• Lovely garden with seating and patio table
• Unrestricted on road parking for cars. There is a small off road area next to the house suitable for motorbikes.
• High speed fibre broadband
• Space for storing a bike under the stairs
• PS We also share with my gorgeous cat, Benny. He is well behaved and adorable, but if you dislike cats this house is not for you!
The Rent
• £650pcm. All bills are included in the price
• Deposit equal to one month's rent
• Sorry, but the room is not suitable for pets or couples

• Local shop 2 minutes
• City centre 25 minutes
• Bus stop into city centre 2 minutes
• Temple Meads Station 25 minutes. Bedminster Station is 10 minutes away
• Victoria Park 2 minutes
