We would like to advertise a fully furnished bedroom, available to rent from 30 June 2024 (we are flexible with the moving in date).

This newly decorated first floor room comes with a full sized double bed, mattress, large cupboard, a set of large drawers, bedside table, desk and chair.

We've recently finished refurbishing the entire house! As a quick summary we have:

- A spacious open plan living area with a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa bed, 50 inch TV, table and chairs.

- A fully equipped kitchen and utility room with oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, utensils, cutlery, crockery, washing machine and tumble dryer.

- A large and modern looking upstairs bathroom with a walk in shower and an additional toilet room downstairs.

- An outdoor patio area with a bike shed, outdoor seating, barbecue and fire pit.

There is free on street parking. We all have cars and always find spaces near the house.

We've found this to be a great location within Bedminster. Some nearby places include:
- North Street (with many shops/bars/cafes/gyms) within 5min walk
- Parson Street train station - 5min walk
- Wapping Wharf (popular spot for restaurants/bars/cafes) - 20min walk
- Central Bristol - 20-25min walk

The rent includes all bills: Virgin TV/WiFi, Netflix, gas, electricity, water, council tax.

We are a couple and friend looking for an extra housemate. We all mainly work from offices but have the occasional work from home day now and again.
