Large double with ensuite, available end Sept

Hello, just to be clear, we are looking for short term lodgers rather than someone looking for a permanent home so the room is suitable for people in Bristol for temporary work, internships, studying, Erasmus etc.

I’m a professional female living with my 2 kids (part time) and 2 adopted turtles in Ashton near the football ground, around 5 minutes walk to North Street. We’ve got a large double room available in the loft. The loft has 2 double rooms and my 15 year old son is in the other room. There is also a shower room up there that is for the use of our lodger, we use the bathroom downstairs.

I'm looking for someone who is happy in a family home, self-sufficient and cleans up after themselves. You need to be confident and happy talking to teenagers. My kids live with me part of the time so the house is child free 3 nights a week. We’ve house shared since 2016 so we’re all used to sharing the space. I am a busy working Mum and don’t have much free time so the room is best suited to someone that is happy to be independent at home.

We’ve had lots of interns and Erasmus students previously and that has worked well. We are looking for someone coming to Bristol short term for work/study rather than someone looking for a long term home. The rent includes all bills, wifi and Netflix.
