Room available in a 3 bedroom Victorian terrace house from 3 August.

The house is spacious and has a recently renovated living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and peaceful little garden that will all be available to use. The bedroom is a good sized furnished double room with a desk. The price includes all bills.

The location is excellent, just off North Street near the Tobacco Factory, Greville Smyth Park is a short walk away and the harbourside is about 15 minutes walk.

You'll be sharing with myself and a friend of mine. Both enjoy keeping active and have a variety of interests and hobbies. We're looking for someone who'll be friendly, clean and considerate.
