I am female, 40, lesbian queer, working in social care, enjoy doing creative things and making stuff. l have 2 cats that are very snuggly and obsessed with food. They don't have much survival instinct, as they would eat anything including things that would kill them. So looking for someone who would be okay with being really careful about food. The house is quiet, but I have small parties for special occasions. It would be nice to occasionally have social time in the house. It’s a shoes off, slippers on house. There is a small garden/jungle at the back. The living room has a faux wood burning stove. There is a television in the shared living space, I have a tv license. The bills are included in the rent price but I subject to reasonable usage. The rent is £600 a month And the deposit is £450, which will be put into a deposit protection scheme.
