Hi, My name is Joe and i have been living here for about 3 years, it is a great modern flat in a fantastic location with North Street and the Harbour literally on the doorstep.

I'm easy going, work full-time mix of home and in the office which is in Clifton. I'm 38 years old and interested in the norm, cooking, gym and started playing Padel. Also love live music.
Looking for a similar type person that is cool with socialising but also does their own thing.

The the bedroom furniture is not provided but the the rest of the flat is furnished by the remaining tenant but welcome to bring your own bits.
The flat itself was renovated just over 5 years ago by the landlord. The flat is on the ground floor with friendly neighbours above and below.

The bedroom is spacious and can easily fit a double bed along with plenty of additional pieces of furniture.

The kitchen area has a large worktop and four electric hobs. There is plenty of cupboard space to store food and pans as well as a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Next to this is a large, open living area.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

15 minute walk to the city centre/ harbourside
