We are Brian and Joe. We are both working professionals working 9-5ish. We enjoy socialising together; either cooking, binging a show, going to the pub, bowling, barbecuing, or making pizzas, etc.
We also have a cat, Tinks.
We are looking for a third housemate to join our home and are hoping to find someone who will join us in some of our activities and not just be a tenant we never see! - But we of course each enjoy our own personal time and space as well!
Our home is on St Johns Lane, right next to Victoria Park. There are shops and some great pubs round the corner, Bedminster and town are each a 10-15 minute walk.
The house is three bedrooms (plus a little spare room), a large dining room, kitchen, and living room. A good garden at the back and a garage for storage.
The room is a large attic room with access to the attic for storage and skylights on either side, so lots of natural light. The room will be unfurnished.
The rent is c. £650 including bills. Deposit is c. £500. We are not accepting couples or pets.
The room is available from 16th September.
We will potentially be doing viewings as early as Monday 18th August.
