Shared space in ouer small house is furnished kitchen and bathroom.
You’d be sharing with three people after 35 age.
There is no car park. You can park in the nearby streets.

Excellent location. 20 minutes walk to the center. In the area a lot of restaurants and places to spend time.
2 minutes to bus stop 75,76, A1....
Near shops like Tesco, Lidl, Asda, Aldi.

We are looking for a quiet person to shared a house, caring for cleanliness. It's important for us.......!
Someone who follows the house rules... We also not a party people.
Two friendly cats live in property.

Rent is £600 including bills (electricity, water, broadband) . One months deposit required.
