Mon-Fri only: spacious double room with desk area

Hello, I'm Lucy and I'm looking to rent my spacious, quiet double room out on a **Mon-Fri basis**.

The boring bit (sorry!): I am looking for someone who already has a full-time, permanent home somewhere and is looking for a Mon-Fri let due to working away from home/family etc.

Unfortunately, I can't accept people who are looking for a full-time rental but who promise to visit family or their partners at the weekend, as I have found this arrangement not to be sustainable in the long term.

Please explain a little about your situation when responding to the ad.

Anyway, onto the fun stuff! The room has a comfy double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers which you're welcome to leave things in over the weekend. There is a large bathroom, communal lounge with all the usual TV channels and decent size kitchen with everything you need to cook. There's a sunny garden too for when the weather's nice. All bills included.

Bedminster is a really lovely place to live, with a high street full of restaurants, bars and cafes just a five minute walk away. Aldi is a ten min walk but you have tesco express and co-op even closer.

I work in comms and work from home 2-3 days a week.
I'm sociable but enjoy downtime in front of the TV as well. I love interior design and take great pride in my home.
