Live in landlord looking for a Monday - Friday lodger open to being flexible on the agreement. 4 night maximum a week, no students

The spare room is located on first floor, with Kitchen, front room and bathroom is very light, fitting a double bed, clothes rail and set of draws. My bedroom is in the loft room.

Front room with sofa and dinner room table. I am just off East street, close to a veg shop, butchers, while north street is not a far walk away.
